Standard delivery time is 4 – 5 business days, subject to product availability. Please check
the product availability before placing an order for shipping clarification.
Delivery of order will be made to the address provided by customer at the time of placing
order. No delivery will be made to PO Box address.
Customers shall be notified of the shipment tracking information, after dispatch of the
order.
Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as
Vaarana.com uses 3rd party couriers, VAARANA LLC may not have full control over the
service level of the courier company.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your
delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc in
the Shipping Instructions. Vaarana.com takes no responsibility for goods signed by an
alternative person.
Vaarana.com is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or
damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery or within 24 hours.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type,
and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of
check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
If your order is less than AED100, you will be charged AED 10 for delivery. Items
purchased for more than AED100 are delivered free of charge.
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been
placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
Cancellation Policy:
For Order Cancellation, please contact us via Email / Phone / WhatsApp within 12 hours of
placing the order.
We should receive the request for cancellation before your order is shipped.
Cancellation is not possible, once the product is shipped.
Only “Cash On Delivery” orders are eligible for cancellation.
